Most neck and upper back pain is caused by a combination of factors, including injury, poor posture, vertebral subluxations, stress, and in some instances, disc problems.
Subluxations in the neck and upper back area are extremely common due to the high degree of stress associated with holding up your head, coupled with the high degree of instability in the cervical spine. Most subluxations tend to be centered around four areas: the top of the cervical spine where it meets the skull; in the middle of the cervical spine where the mechanical stress from the head is the greatest; in the transition where the cervical and thoracic areas of the spine meet; and in the middle of the thoracic spine where the mechanical stress from the weight of the upper body is greatest. Signs of subluxation include looking in the mirror and seeing your head tilted or one shoulder higher than the other. Often women will notice that their sleeve length is different or that a necklace is hanging off center. If someone looks at you from the side they may notice that your head sits forward from your shoulders. This is known as FHP – forward head posture – and is very common for people who are stooped over their computers all day long. Subluxations are a debt to the body. If they are not taken care of soon after they occur, then they can get much worse over time due to the accumulation of compounding interest.
The discs in your cervical spine can herniate or bulge and put pressure on the nerves that exit from the spine through that area. Although cervical discs do not herniate nearly as often as lumbar discs do, they can become injured, especially when the discs sustain damage from a whiplash injury.
Forward head posture is very common for people who are stooped over their computers all day long. If not taken care of with chiropractic care, subluxations like this can worsen over time.
* You’ll find the most slot variations in casinos powered by Microgaming, NetEnt and Playtech. Unfortunately any casino powered by these companies will not accept US customers.
$5000 - Bonus - 200% Match
You can find that basic information in our toplists (like the one above). For a more detailed look at each casino, I suggest you read our reviews.
Now to wrap this up we wanted to share the basic rules to playing roulette in case this will be your first go at it.
$5000 - Bonus - 500% Match
The reason for this is because each casino uses a unique combination of software providers. Some use one, while others use several. And then you have software companies that only work with casinos in specific areas/jurisdictions.
$3000 - Bonus - 100% Match
Once the wheel has stopped the dealer will mark the number the ball has landed on and will clear the roulette table of the losing bets. The dealer will then pay out all of the bets that have won on that round of betting, and hopefully you are included in this!
If you do happen to find an exception you should plan to wager as much as 10x what a slots player would, or anywhere from 300-800x the deposit or deposit plus bonus.
* Most roulette variations will be in the download casino or browser (instant play) casino. You may have 1-2 options in the mobile casino – maybe.
Your goal is to predict what pocket the ball will land in.
Each casino will offer different roulette variations. They may also have different betting sizes.

Yes they do, in order for a true Internet radio station to fully be legal, they need to be registered through Sound Exchange, ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC. Many stations like ours are covered through registering through a streaming service like Live365, Shoutcast and others where they cover the cost as long as you pay a monthly fee and report your playlists.

I got into Djing back in 1998 when I was in college at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, GA. I was always inspired from hearing the DJ’s on the radio on HOT 97, 98.7 KISS FM and WBLS in New York along with Club DJ’s in NC.

Its mainly due to demographic and target audience. Many stations whether internet or Terrestrial set up a target audience based up Race, Age, and Sex. They also look at who they are trying to attract for the purpose of bringing in money and advertising. For example on our radio station HOT 3:16, our target audience is Age 18 – 35 Male and Females with a direct target with Blacks based upon the CHH and R&P music we play that are done from Black Artists. Our heaviest listeners in the morning are Females and during the afternoon and evening are Men.
Now with our station we try to give a little bit of other genres like CCM and Gospel for listeners who may be older or who love that style of music to hear it every now and then in our station.

That’s a great question, Internet radio is truly important as the local radio stations because one of the greatest advantages with Internet radio is the total freedom to play music that Terrestrial Radio Stations restrict you from playing. For example, Christian Hip Hop music is still scarce of local Gospel and Christian radio stations. You will probably only hear a CHH song if the station allows someone to have a radio show that plays CHH music. Which in most cases is once a week. With internet stations, you can hear CHH and R&P music 24/7.

Agreed. How relevant are mixtapes these day? I personally think its playing out.

Now I’m not talking about well known artists like Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin or Lecrae to contact us all the time, but it sure would be nice to hear from them. Right now Internet Radio is not taken seriously yet due to many people are more tuned into their local radio stations. There’s nothing wrong that. Until technology catches up where cars are streaming internet radio and many uses have phones that stream without any issues, then we will see change.

Even though it has been a little played out, I thank DJs like DJ I Rock Jesus, DJ Sean Blu, DJ Psalm 51, DJ G Bless, and DJ Will for continuing to make mixtapes where you can hear how the DJ brings new life into the music. The do remixes and different skills to make the song sound hotter than the original.

Ok I have always wondered why I would hear Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp, or Third Day and maybe late at night they might play Shackles by Mary Mary lol smh. Now… On the flips side, internet don’t do soundscan or royalty payout right?
